この日は"黒毛和牛ハンバーグ"がメインだった"日替わりランチ"♥️私 密かに応援しているバンド"BUCK-TICK"の超絶ギタリスト"今井寿"氏も贔屓にしていて"インスタ"にちょいちょい出てくるので 気になっていたお店♥️チェックインしてみると"BUCK-TICK臭"がプンプン漂ってました(笑)
こちらのランチは(月)(水)(金)(日)で営業♥️"日替わりメイン+サイド1品"が基本の"松花堂弁当"スタイル♥️追加料金で"サイド2品"や"サイド3品"ver.もあるとのことで せっかくだから"サイド2品"をチョイス♥️
メインが"肉"だったので まず1品目は"蟹爪フライ"♥️揚げたてサクサク かつ肉厚♥️"タルタルソース"との相性もばっちり♥️
もう1品は"たらこ西京漬けの炙り焼き"♥️輪切りにされて 胡瓜とサンドするなど 丁寧な仕事されているのと"西京焼き"の風味がたまりませんね♥️ご飯にメッチャ合いますよ♥️そのご飯も"おかわりOK"のサービスも嬉しい♥️
"ご飯"に"味噌汁"に"ダーサラ&漬物"付き♥️"さくらんぼの漬物"って初めてだった♥️"塩っけ"と"甘み"と"酸味"が一体となって 面白い味だったな♥️
あと試してないけど "ご飯"いらない方は "ご飯"を"ミニビール"や"酎ハイ"などに チェンジ可能というのも面白い♥️
いろいろ調べると こちらの店主さんも バンド"By-Sexual"のメンバーということが分かり "今井氏との繋がりも納得"♥️そんなこんなで 美味しく頂きました♥️
