[Azabu Juban 5 minutes] Experience a new style of food. Japanese-style meal, Japanese sake, and Italian Cuisine food at a hideout in Azabujuban
Opened in 2015 by Daisuke Miyashita, who produced "Yakusaka Miyashita" and Western Western Cuisine "MIYASHITA" in Omotesando Hills, etc., as a "place to return to the origins of Japanese-style meal" " |
Kakai-san is on the second floor, just off the main street of the Azabu Juban shopping district. Just stepping in for a moment will make you feel very quiet and at ease. The natural entrance and the counter and tables are casual and relaxing. I sat with my back to the window, but be careful as your back gets hot on a hot summer day lol. Cheers with homemade lemonade, which looks good on a hot day. There are various homemade drinks, but I couldn't drink them because they contained alcohol, but I thought it was unusual to have homemade Nocino! There are two types of Italian Cuisine courses for lunch. We got greedy and decided on the A course, which includes an amuse and main course, for ¥5,500. Cold Pressed Juice Cold pressed carrot orange pineapple juice is refreshing and delicious to prevent summer fatigue! (← I'm already tired lol) Seasonal Amusements Eggplant Mousse Something like purple granita is also made with eggplant. The sauce swirling around it is cheese and tomato. The taste is completely Italian, but it's a strange dish that I've never eaten before. It's cold and feels like summer. Appetizer Fried greenling with red onion and vinegar jelly sauce I love how the soft fish is fried so deliciously! Most of the menu items that are served instead of raw fish make you think that raw fish would have been better if it were true, but this was a great choice! By the way, if you don't mind raw food, this one made with yellowfin tuna seems to have come out. Pasta You can choose your favorite from a variety of options. We chose the pesto basilico. (Genovese) was kindly written on the menu lol. In Italy, when you say Genovese, you don't get basil sauce. I have my husband make Genovese and it makes a completely different pasta! With edamame, small sticks, and zucchini, it's summery and nice! This pasta, which doesn't use eggs, was handmade and delicious. Today's main dish Iberian pork with skin in tomato stew with lentil sauce The pork was so creamy that you didn't need teeth to eat it! ! Dessert From the left: pudding, tiramisu ravioli It was a silk sweet Mont Blanc, but I changed the tiramisu to a tiramisu style with pear and mascarpone. I was curious about the ravioli, but it looked cuter after I changed it lol The pudding was rich with lots of caramel, and the silk sweet Mont Blanc was crispy on the inside. After the meal, I had coffee and tea, which seemed a little abrupt given the flow of things so far, but I was told they were hojicha (roasted green tea), which is a low-caffeine drink. Be careful as the cup will be piping hot! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was kind of heartwarming, and even though it was a casual lunch, I was very satisfied ♡
