Other than the pufferfish milt, pickled tuna, and curly spinach Tempura everything else was delicious and I could feel the chef's dedication. Aside from the standard shrimp and kisses, the milt is also very delicious, and the meat is packed with delicious lean flavor. I understand that this is a restaurant that is difficult to make reservations for. It was a feast!
