長いこと念願だったこちらへ初訪問。
カウンターだけ、隣の人とのスペースは結構狭め。
ジンギスカンとは言え、写真だともう少しラグジュアリー？っぽさがあるのかと思ってましたが勘違い。
しっかり、ジンギスカンの雰囲気。
その日のオススメのラム、ホゲット、マトンに、
春菊、ブロッコリー、パクチーなどの野菜を注文。
野菜は、羊の脂で揚げ焼きにしてくれる。
お肉は店員さんが全てオススメで焼いてくれる。
なので、みなさん忙しそうでドリンクを注文するタイミングを考えなくてはならなかった。
ドリンクメニューは全体的にコスパ低め。
赤ワインのバリエーションがもっとあったらいいなぁ～赤ワインは止めてハイボールを頼みました。
お肉は希少なので高いけど、個人的には羊好きとしてはマトンが一番美味しかった！
〆は、シープガーリックライスとカレーを頼んでみましたが、火力が弱かったのかべちゃべちゃなガーリックライスに仕上がり、もう少し焼き目がついたい部分があったり、いい意味でムラが欲しかった。
カレーは恐らくベースはレトルト？なのか、次回はないかな。
次回があるとすれば、肉と野菜だけで終わりたい！
お肉の品質とコンセプトは素晴らしいと思います。
