麻布十番の羊専門店『羊sunrise』国産羊(年間消費量1%)を扱う貴重なジンギスカン。ラム(1歳まで)→ホゲット(2歳まで)→マトンと成長過程毎の羊肉が揃っているのも凄いところ。カウンター目の前で焼いてもらいつつ、明るく親切な接客も楽しめます♪

どれも素晴らしい肉質！
ただ途中からどうしてもスパイスが欲しくなってしまいました。一味、岩塩、辛子味噌？は卓上に置いてあるのですが^^;
お野菜もすべて焼いてしまうので脂が染みて美味しいけれどややしつこいかも。
あと煙がもくもくなので結構薫り酔いしました。ジンギスカンなので仕方ないですが^^;
いずれにしても、羊肉のラインナップや知識量は日本一に間違えありません。
メニュー構成とか雰囲気のだいぶ違うご近所『Ultra Chop』にも久々に行きたくなりました。ご馳走様でした♪
