プライベートですが、偉い方とランチを致しました。
麻布十番の駅から近いのですが、周りはとても静かでゆったりとお食事出来ます。
お昼の懐石ですが、本当に充実していて、お味は上品。何よりこちらはお魚がとても美味しいです。お刺身、焼き、煮物。お魚ってこんなに美味しかったの❓と思うほど。まぐろのトロや中トロも美味しいけれど、白身のお魚の美味しさに驚きます。半世紀近く生きていますが、本当に驚きました。
食材も、普段口にしない「みず」「金時草」「サルナシ」といった珍しい食材も使っていますが、王道の松茸、クエ、のどぐろといった高級食材も使っています。特に、松茸とノドグロのお椀、皮目を炙ったノドグロのお刺身、クエと新生姜の炊き込みご飯は絶品でした。八寸も可愛らしく、さりげなく蒸し鮑が添えられていたり、久しぶりに良いお食事をしました。2時間かけたランチですが、会話も御料理もたっぷり楽しませていただきました。
ご飯は残ったらお土産に持たせてくださいますので、お留守番していた家族にも喜んでもらえますね。
ミシュランで星を獲得しているだけあります。
