何かと話題に上ることの多いこちら。マイレビさまがこちらを訪問され、とても良さそうでしたので。
食べログから、それもひとりで予約できるのもありがたいです。
六本木一丁目から歩きました。地下１階です。入口で待ち合わせされている方がいらしたのですぐにわかりました。
凛とした空間、カウンター席が６席。個室もあるようです。
ビールをいただきました。
お料理は次の通り。
◇とらふぐの白子豆腐
白磁のような白子豆腐に青海苔案餡をかけて。蕗の薹と牛蒡のチップを添えて。
◇お椀
九十九里の蛤と熊本の筍、わかめのお椀。お出汁がとてもいい。
◇お造り
・千葉の太刀魚
・北海道の帆立
ポン酢とお醤油でいただきます。ポン酢のまろやかさが気に入りました。
◇いかなごのたれ焼き
明石のいかなご。丸のままがぶりと。香ばしい。
◇八寸
・烏賊の酒盗和え
・ほうれん草・椎茸・胡桃の白和え
・しめ鯖を昆布と大根で巻いて
・ワカサギの南蛮漬け
・下仁田こんにゃく
・くえの煮凝り
・九十九里のながらみ
派手さはないものの、しみじみと美味しい八寸です。特にしめ鯖と白和えが気に入りました。
◇白魚のおかきあげ・讃岐のアスパラの天ぷら
レモンを絞っていただきます。白魚が素晴らしく香ばしい。
◇お食事
烏賊と蕗の薹のごはん・赤だし・香の物
烏賊の柔らかいこと！蕗の薹が香ります。春のごはんですね。
◇甘味「わらび餅」
お好みで黒蜜をかけて。中は甘み抑え目のこし餡でした。
最後に玉露が出てほっと一息。
最後にご主人がご挨拶に出てきてくださいました。伺ったところ、赤坂の茜坂大沼さんとは同期でいらっしゃるそう。納得です、お料理の雰囲気が似ていらしたんですよね。
麻布十番でいただく正統派日本料理でした。
