The store is located in the basement of the building. The entrance to the stairs to the basement is difficult to see, so you'll easily miss it if you're not careful. I had reserved the cheapest omakase course (12,100 yen including tax). The counter is made of plain wood and has a clean feel. Toast with premium malts and have the first dish, clams on vinegared rice. Next is the bowl. Shirako tofu and bamboo shoots. This bamboo shoot has a strong scent, and just by itself it makes me feel like spring. The sashimi is made of rockfish, scallops, and sea urchin. Texture, sweetness, nothing to say. The sake is Tateyama, a nostalgic sake from Toyama. The grilled dishes are cutlassfish and sweet potatoes. The saltiness and fat of the cutlass fish were perfect. Next was a large plate of sake appetizers. For sake, go to Kokuryu. Nanohana sprinkled with karasumi, fuki miso with walnuts for added texture, shigureni beef, octopus, Brussels sprouts, and firefly squid. The legs of a small firefly squid are roasted, and a nice scent wafts from them. Fried food are white fish and lily bulb. Hokuhoku. For dinner, we have porpoise squid with roe and butterbur. nice smell. Mizu sweets are mizu yokan. This is amazing. Smooth and soft. Although the texture is barely solid, it has sharp edges. It was a dish that tasted the best of the season and was made with fine technique. The young master was smiling and the apprentices were also working hard, making for a very nice atmosphere. The two of us drank about 3 cups of alcohol, which cost about 10,000 yen per person. 9000 Let's come again.
