麻布十番雑居ビル4階で天ぷら、店主は業界一大勢力山の上ホテル出身、雰囲気的にもいかにもって感じです。つまみのいかめしヌル旨い、最初大事ですね。揚げはフツーの旨さ、途中単独購入という大分天然ふぐ白子、これは抜群に旨く、レアポン酢の旨さも相まって酒から何から全部旨くなります。ご飯はおまかせ1択、本日は穴子。18時スタート、小一時間1人、それまで後客いなかったので、19時半前に終了(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
