数々の大会で日本一のタイトルを獲得した、凄腕バーテンダー駒井さんのお店。
炎や煙の演出が楽しめ、大人のアミューズメントパークのよう。海外からの人気も高く、14席しかない店内は常に満員。演出が間近で見れるカウンターは要予約。
メニューはなく、チャージが1,000円。カクテルはすべて1杯4,000円。
炎の演出がつくのは、珈琲か抹茶のカクテル。駒井さんが2014サントリーカクテルアワード総合優勝したのは、塩キャラメルのカクテル。
カクテルは見た目豪快ながら、味は繊細。演出だけでなく、何杯でもおかわりできてしまうくらい美味しかった。全席喫煙だから、少したばこの煙が気になったけど、パフォーマンスは見る価値あり。
