火鍋のお味はまぁまぁ普通。
美味しいですよ。
普通の火鍋コースで予約したので
食材もこれと言って 極々普通。
上品なセレブの方々がお通いになる高級火鍋店といったところかしら
セレブはこれにフカヒレとか車海老とか鮑とかがセットになっている高級コースでご予約みたい。
凄いな〜
去年辺りに 新宿で中国の方が営業している火鍋専門店に行ったけど 多彩な薬味と辛味も複雑で旨味のあるスープの方が口にあったかなぁ
コスパも良かったし。
デザートの杏仁豆腐 美味しかったです。
