《感想》
初訪問のこのお店。
「日本一美しい村」に選ばれてる山形県の最上鴨を使用した麻布十番にある鴨料理のお店。
麻布十番の地下にある隠れ家的なお店。
ドアを開けるとワインが大量に並んでます。
鴨が至る所にいてとてもおしゃれ。
今回は最上鴨を使ったしゃぶしゃぶ。
山形県のブランド鴨肉で、旨味と脂がのっててクセがなくとても美味しい鴨肉でした！
前菜から鴨のフルコース！！
ワインと鴨というコンセプトの通りワインが合います。
鴨の脂を使ってアヒージョを作ってもらって、そのまま出汁を入れしゃぶしゃぶという流れ。
鴨の脂と旨味が入った鍋に出汁が最高にマッチしててこのスープだけでも無限に飲めます。
鴨の胸、ももはとても食べやすい。
大量のネギと一緒に食べても◯
というか盛り付けられた鴨が美しい！！
〆は蕎麦！！
美味しいくてペロっと食べちゃいました！
鴨肉でここまで満足したのは初めてかも！
