店内は、ワインボトルが並んでいてとても高級感のある雰囲気で素敵♡
今回は鴨のしゃぶしゃぶが頂けるコースを。
【前菜5種盛合せ】
-枝豆ピーたん豆腐
-きのこのソテーと土佐酢のジュレ
-鴨生ハム葡萄
-赤ワインのシフォンケーキと鴨の肉味噌
-鴨レバームース
特に鴨生ハムを葡萄に巻いた前菜がすごく美味しくてワインとぴったり！鴨レバームースも大人の味でムースが滑らかで美味しかった◎
【鴨アヒージョ（椎茸、春菊）】
鴨脂で椎茸と春菊をアヒージョに。さっぱりとしたコクのあるかも脂とお野菜がすごくよく合う♡お塩と食べたらとても美味しかった！
【最上鴨しゃぶしゃぶ】
鴨出汁でしゃぶしゃぶした鴨のつくねともも肉と胸肉。
つくねはふっくらとしてとてもさっぱりとした味わい。
むねはさっぱり弾力が強くて、モモはとってもジューシー。
お出汁を含んだたっぷりのネギと一緒に食べたら最高だった！
【〆そば】
最後に鴨の出汁がたっぷり出たスープでお蕎麦。
締めにぴったり！
【一ロデザート】
チョコレートアイスとほうじ茶。アイスがさっぱりしててとても美味しかった！
お洒落で落ち着いた雰囲気で美味しい鴨料理とお酒が楽しめる良いお店でした！
