麻布十番駅から徒歩5分ほどにあるこちらの
鰻屋さん。
鰻好きの友人のオススメでランチに伺いました。
老舗の鰻屋さんで修行されていて、
うなぎ✖︎フレンチの新境地を開かれたと
聞いていたのでワクワクで訪問です。
この日は、平日限定のお得なコースを頂きました。なんとレディースランチを4000円台で頂けます。
店内は、美しい木のカウンターがあり、
奥にはシャンデリアの美しい、
黒を基調としたラグジュアリーな個室が
あります。
この日は、個室を利用しました。
●うなぎの南蛮漬け
とっても爽やかなお味です。
うなぎの南蛮漬けは、初めて食べました。
●うなぎの燻製のサラダ
ピンクペッパーが可愛いアクセントです。
オリーブ、スライドアーモンドと
鰻の燻製の組み合わせが美味しい
サラダです。
●うな重
楽しみにしていたこちらの鰻重です。
ご飯の量は、確認くださり調整
頂けるのも嬉しいです。
普段うなぎをそこまで食べない私ですが
なんと美味しいのか！と唸るほどの
鰻重でした。
パリッとした鰻なのですが、中は
ふっくらとしており、
食べている最中に、再訪決定しました。
こちらの鰻は、鰻が元々苦手な方でも
時任さんの鰻を食べて好きになった、
克服できた！という人が続出なのです。
それも頷ける美味しさです。
鰻はさることながら、こちらの鰻重で
使ってるお米も、うなぎ用にブレンド
された、時任米が使われていますし、
とてもこだわりぬかれた鰻重なのです。
●デザート
シャインマスカットのデザートです。
クランブル、クッキー、生クリーム、
ヨーグルトのアイスクリームで
構成されており、美しく美味しいデザート
でした。
ランチに、ドリンクもついており、
マリアージュフレールの紅茶を頂きました。
インスタで見て気になってた時任さん
オリジナルのみかんジュースも頂きました。
みかんの美味しい酸味を感じられる
とっても美味しいジュースでした。
お友達へのプレゼントにも良さそうです。
食後に、ほうじ茶を、頂きました。
とっても大満足なランチでした。
今度は、ディナーに来よう！と
友達と話していました！
