平日の19時に予約して伺いました。
ショートコース 11,000円を注文。
白焼きとうなぎのクリーム煮を追加でお願いしました。
【本日のメニュー】
①うなぎの燻製のサラダ
・うなぎの燻製は初めて、サラダとのコンビが斬新！
②鰻巻き
・たまごは愛知県産のたまゆら琥珀、
濃厚な旨味のたまごと鰻の相性が抜群
③白焼き、生ハム
・白焼きは火入れが抜群！皮目はパリパリで
身の表面もパリッとしていますが、適度に余分な
脂が落ちて身はジューシーでふっくら、
とても美味しいです。
・白焼きを生ハムで巻いて食べましたが
鰻と生ハムの旨味の相性がこれほどとは！
美味かったです。
・酢橘、山葵、柚子胡椒、梅肉で頂き楽しめました
④うなぎのクリーム煮
・褒め言葉にならないかもしれませんが、
鰻がパンチェッタの様にも感じられウマい

・コースの半尾を一尾にしていただきました。
・火入れが抜群！皮目はパリパリで
適度に余分な脂が落ちて身はフワトロ、
とても美味しいです。
