最近、薬膳に興味があって、国際薬膳調理師監修の本格火鍋コースをいただいてきました。
デトックス効果の高い赤い麻辣スープは、山椒がたっぷり入っていて、痺れる辛さ。
アンチエンジングを狙った白い白湯スープは、心がほっこりする優しいお味。
それぞれ美味しいのですが、この二種類をオリジナルに混ぜると何とも言えない旨さでした。
【鴛鴦コース】
◆前菜3種
前菜を食べて、あ、絶対に旨い店だ！と思いました（笑）どれも違ったスパイシー感！
◆野菜・きのこ盛り
キノコが絶品です✨
はじめて見るモノばかりでしたが、辛いスープで煮込んだキノコは、旨味が凝縮して最高でした
◆肉3種盛り
薄切りのお肉なので、しゃぶしゃぶしていただく。
これも言うことありません！！
◆練り物
スープとの相性が良くて、赤も白も美味しかったです。
◆選べる〆の麺
〆はラーメンにしました。
これは、もっと食べたい（笑）
◆デザート
辛くてヒーヒーする口に、程よい甘みの杏仁豆腐。
お腹いっぱいになりました。
お土産にもらった薬膳ふりかけも好きな感じ。
何と言っても美容効果が嬉しい限りです
食べた瞬間から、身体がポカポカして、汗が出てくる。
かなり味が濃いと思いましたが、野菜とキノコが多くて、薬膳だから翌日の浮腫みもなくスッキリ！デトックス効果抜群でした
定期的に食べたい鍋。
女子会で喜ばれると思いました。
