コスパがいい
焼き加減と肉質は、今の世代の一流店らしく、しっとりと焼きあがっていて、かつ火が通りきる直前まで加熱した、ミディアムレアな感じです。熱はしっかり入ってるのにパサパサしていない焼き加減は、炭火だからできるんだと思います。
焼き鳥だけでなく、ナス、しいたけ、銀杏の串も美味しく、全体的にスキがありません
値段もこなれており、これなら使いやすくまた来ようかと思わせる内容です。一番いいのは予約がきちんと取れること、空きも出るので運が良ければ当日でも予約が出来るかもしれません。
予約は必ずしなければいけませんが、予約困難店ではありません。なのにこれだけ美味しくて使い勝手がいい店舗は貴重です。
また行きたいと思います。
どれだけ有名で、評価が高くてもほとんど行けなければ、予約が取れなければ、誰かを連れて行ってあげることも楽しむ機会も少ないというもの。私は予約が取れる使い勝手のいい店を重要視します。
予約困難店なんかは、そのうち誰かが接待でつれてってくれるでしょう 笑
