焼鳥食べたくなって予約してもらって訪問
エレベーター降りるとすぐに店
カウンターに腰掛けてビールを注文
あらかじめ苦手な食材を聞かれてスタート
焼きはまずまず、お隣のうずらの卵は割れて卵黄が出てたけどそのまま提供されていて可哀想だった
焼くペースはかなりゆっくり
何かを考えて次に焼くものを決めているのか、後半は2串に1回くらいのペースで止まるので、こっちまで電車に乗っていて急停車された感が（笑
それに加えてドリンク担当のスタッフの立ち回りと大将の動線とか位置取りとかタイミングとかがこの日は上手く合わず、更に流れが止まってしまう感
あとこれはこっちの勝手なのだけれどホルモン好きなので〜と言ったけど結局周りと全く同じ串で、とりしきはホルモン尽くしにしてくれたなぁと席数と仕入れ？仕込み？の違いで仕方ないのだろうけど、ただそれでビール星人お任せ10本ちょいで15000円強だと、そこまで払って行く程の魅力を探すのは僕には難しかった
