年始の夜に何処へ行こう??検索を駆使して、出不精2人組(笑)近場に絞るとターゲットも定め易いし?
んで、ドラミの検索に引っかかって来たコチラ。
えー通りかかることはあったけど、まさかこんな所に新しい焼き鳥屋さんが出来てただなんて!
早速行ってみようと予約入れると運良くカウンターへ滑り込めた!けど店内満席状態で人気ぶりが伺えます。
焼酎オンリストされて無い銘柄も教えて貰えたり、
鬼おろしお代わりも快く貰えたり、なにかとスタッフさんの感じも良く、居心地良いです、ここ♪
コースは様子見で、足りなかったら追加でオーダーしようということで、一番安い
【おまかせ 7本コース(12品)】(¥4,200円)を。
突き出し: 黄人参(だったっけ?w)のポタージュ。
量もタップリあってこれだけでお腹に溜まるボリューム☆w
・前菜: ↑が↑スープだったのかな?w
・焼鳥5種: 胸肉、つくね、ソリ、ペタ?(失念)、手羽先
・野菜串2種: 銀杏、椎茸
・一品: 地鶏たたき
・箸休め: コレが鬼おろし、なのかな?w
・白レバーのパテ: 添えられたレーズン&ナッツ(だった気がする、確かフィグは入って無かった筈)パンが美味し過ぎて思わず出処を聞いたところ、確か成城石井さんだったかな?てっきりお向かいさんのポワンタージュさんかと思ったけど、違うのねんw
・鶏スープ:〆っ!
いゃースタッフの感じの良さと、一番奥のカウンター席だったせいか、落ち着けたし、コース一通り食べて総合的には満足なのです〜♫
十番にも納得いく焼き鳥屋さんが増えてくれるのは、ホント嬉しいことです^ ^

This place is really good after all. Since my first visit, it has become so popular that it is impossible to get in if you just walk in. On this day, I was finally ready to make a reservation and made my long-awaited return visit. The course menu consists of various Small dish dishes + grilled skewers, and they keep bringing out skewers until you are full. Not knowing how much we would eat, I thought this would be a better deal (we don't have any rice or Noodles to finish off the meal), so I was shown to a seat at the very back of the counter. First of all, wine! So I went with my companion, who had enjoyed Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) with a bottle of wine in Ginza the other day♪ On this day, we each ordered by the glass. When I asked what was open, they started with three types of French wine. When my companion requested Cabernert Sauvignon, they brought a Napa wine from the back. Yes, both were in very good condition and delicious. And the appetizer was lily root chawanmushi: The sauce was poured on top, and the inside of the chawanmushi was full of lily root, ginkgo nuts, chicken, and other ingredients. It was warm and delicious, and with this first dish, my companion was already enjoying it! It was a good start. Chicken sashimi platter: heart, liver, and breast. With salt and wasabi soy sauce. It was very fresh, and the wasabi was delicious.・Grated daikon radish: my favorite food♡ Refills are free, so I munched it down, wondering if it was a palate cleanser or a main snack to go with my drinks lol From here, the grilled skewers are gradually served. ・Chicken ・Sukimi (chicken neck) ・Ginkgo ・Lantern + black truffle slices ・Peta ・Cherry tomatoes ・Kokoro nokori (heart root/binder) ・Sleeves ・Tsukune ・Chicken chicken dish, liver ・Shiitake mushrooms I forgot to take a photo of the shiitake mushrooms I added lol Towards the end, as I was getting full, I had a refreshing potato shochu mixed with water. Everything was delicious, but I especially liked the lantern, which was grilled until the yolk was tiny, topped with black truffle, and was served in one bite. This was particularly memorable. I wonder if it enhances the richness of the yolk? The meatballs are also crunchy with lotus root, making them refreshing♪ I loved the chewy texture of the heart root's aorta♡Love it! The liver was cooked perfectly♪ The chicken breast was also soft and delicious. The chicken soup at the end had a lingering aroma of yuzu, perhaps? It was rich, but also refreshing and delicious. My companion was also very satisfied with the price, so it was really good! ^^ Let's come again♪ Thank you for the meal~☆彡
