全てお店の方が焼いてくれて、食材が目にも嬉しい食材尽くしで終始、お口の中が幸福感でいっぱいでした。
雲丹の肉巻きは、甘ーい雲丹が絶品で一口で幸せになれました。肉握りも質の良いお肉なのでとろけました。
塩ユッケは味付け、しっかり目でネギがいいアクセントになってます。しゃぶしゃぶに蟹身を巻いて贅沢に…！塩ポン酢がサッパリさせてくれます。
アブラボウズの西京焼き…お鮨屋さんで出してくれる物より大きくて、淡白だからこそ西京焼きが合うと感じさせてくれます。
サガリのステーキ！生のマスタードをたっぷり載せて食べるとプチプチの食感と肉の食感が口の中で調和されて一体感があります。
最後の松茸の土鍋ごはん。香りも良くて、途中でお茶漬けにも出来て最後まで飽きる事なく食べれちゃいます。
今回のメニューは、全て美味しかったです。
デザートも水菓子、アイス、クレープ巻きと…甘党の人には嬉しいほどの4品。
