このセットとコースかなり良いコスパだと思う。飲み物を考えるのも難しいし。
良いワインも一杯ずつ飲めるというのも、そして色々教えて頂けるので、超ハイクオリティ！！
コースのお料理もどれも最高すぎて！！
美味しすぎて、コース以外にも気になった演出焼肉という牛タン、そして特上ハラミも追加。
演出系はこれは海外の人にウケそうだな！
⚫︎オシャトラキャビア インカの目覚めのムース・・・パンケーキにキャビア、バター風味にも感じる♡キャビアこんなに沢山嬉しい。
⚫︎うに牛と和牛の握り・・・焼肉でキャビアに雲丹♡高級焼肉ー♡特別感が最高！。

⚫︎特上極厚タン・・・これも最高！！外側パリパリ！クリスピーな焼き方がもう最高！感動すること間違いなし。アゲインしたいと思う事間違いなし。
⚫︎トリュフユッケ・・・黒トリュフ〜♡秋トリュフを贅沢に使用。最高です！ウマ過ぎる。
⚫︎カイノミのわさび漬け・・・贅沢に生わさび。その場で擦ったワサビをふんだんにカイノミに、それを焼き上げる。辛く全然ない！柔らかいステーキのような焼肉。凄い。
⚫︎追加 特上スライスタン ¥2,000円
・・・ドライアイスから煙がモクモクしながら登場。薄いのでサッと焼いて巻いたあと、山形の出汁のようなのをかける。新しいー！さっぱりしてうまい！！
⚫︎車海老のビスク・・・焼肉でスープが出るなんて♡立派に海老が入ってる！凄い、超美味しい。売って欲しいと思った。
⚫︎内モモの焼きすきやき・・・さらりと焼いて生卵と一緒にいただきます♡かなりしっかり肉質！ボリューミーで嬉しい
⚫︎産地直送野菜を使ったサラダ・・・レモン風味サラダ、ここの特製ドレッシングがあるとのことで頂きましたが、このドレッシングがもうすっごい美味しい！！聞くと売っているみたい。美味しいもんな、わかる！
⚫︎追加 特上 ハラミ ¥2,500円・・・やっぱりハラミって好き。クリスピーに焼き上げてくれて。センスも最高！。ジャンキーで嬉しい。
⚫︎銘柄牛シャトーブリアン・・・ステーキだよね。生の粒胡椒といただく。最高に決まってた！
⚫︎黒トリュフの洋風土鍋ご飯・・・土鍋ご飯をバターと炊き上げる。そこに大量のトリュフ。ありがとうございますってくらいふんだんに。
