ミシュラン一つ星を獲得した若き期待のエースのお店。無謀にも数日前に電話。ラッキーにも入れました！
季節のホタルイカがまず第一品目。それを食べながら日本酒を飲んでいると、焼き物が仕上がります。太刀魚でした。ホクホクの焼き加減が素晴らしい。
そして、「祥太の握りの世界」が始まります。日本酒をお燗でと注文。「お寿司が大好き」だから、「お寿司をたくさん食べて欲しい」そういいながら微笑む大将。握りが素晴らしい！思わずうなります。
お寿司に限らずお料理は、人・材料・技術 その３つが絶妙に融合して初めて感動を生む。改めて認識させられた次第です。握って出される瞬間に食べて、またたく間に巻物の時間に。繊細な巻物。トロタク・かんぴょうは半々。カッパを追加してごちそうさま。
