麻布十番のミシュラン1つ星獲得の寿司屋、私が定期的に通わせて頂いている数少ない寿司屋です。
著しい物価の高騰もあり、昨年末より値上げ。コース20000円。
昨今の寿司のさらなる高級化の中ではまだまだお安いほうですが、自分はコースが13000円の頃から通わせて頂いているので、1.5倍かあ、、というのもまた本音です。
さていったいコース内容はどうなっているのか、、少し不安になりながら訪問。
コース内容は、、ちゃんとバージョンアップしていました！
もともと一品料理は2品でしたが、3品へ、握りもマグロは大間になったり、特盛のウニが必ず出るようになったりと内容も充実です。
そして何より思ったのが、自分はコスパなんかでこのお店を選んだのではなく、祥太さんの寿司や料理、このお店の雰囲気が好きだから通っているんだと再確認しました。
なんだか、味が濃いんですよね、とてもいい意味で。味がしっかりでている。
