久しぶりにテーブルチェックにて当店の予約状況を見ると珍しく空席があったので即予約。
うし、ラッキー
すると予約確定をした後のページに「ご存知の通り大将の◯◯は不在・・・」
と不躾なアナウンスが。
ちょｗｗｗおまｗｗｗ
そんなのｗｗｗ知らねえよｗｗｗこれは常連専用予約ページかおｗｗ
と昂る感情を抑えつつ
キャンセルしたくとも前日予約にて
キャンセル料がかかってしまうため訪問することに。
結果、非常に残念な結果になってしまった。
まず、飾り包丁が深すぎて
下の上で真っ二つになるタネが散見される。
そして非常にテンポも悪く、味のある魚は一品もない。
更に客筋も悪しき港区系。もちろん、今回の握り手にそのおじさんをコントロールする力はない。
さらに、最後の巻物は客に出せるレベルであろうか。
この問題は怪我をされて不在にしていた親方や、
急遽ほかの店舗からヘルプに来てた今回の握り手が悪いんじゃないと思います。
かねさかグループがスケールした事によるチームビルディングの欠損ですわな。
