ウーバーイーツにて購入。
他店のアサイーボウルと比べて明らかに体積が小さいので、これで腹が膨れるのか？と思ったが食べていると意外にも満足感はあった。何というか密度が大きいという印象。しかし食べ終わったら直ぐに腹が減ったのでやはり腹持ちはよろしくない。
上に乗っているフレークはグラノーラというよりケロッグに近い（というかケロッグ？）ので甘くて食べやすい。そこに蜂蜜がかかっていてそれがスピルリナのスムージーや他の果物との潤滑油となって食べやすくしてくれているように思う。

こちらのグラノーラは前回同様ケロッグのような味の物に蜂蜜をかけたあと冷やして固めた様な形式。
イチゴとブルーベリーはかなり小さめにカットされているが個人的にはもっと大き目のほうが好み。
バナナはスムージー部分に比べてガッチリ凍らされていたのがスムージー部分が溶けかけていてもバナナはまだまだカチンコチンでアンバランスさが気になった。
