前菜：
① ハマグリの出汁。
② ボタンエビ。甘酒で漬けられていて、とても柔らかく香り高い甘さで、プリプリで美味しいです。
天ぷら：
③ エビ④ エビの頭⑤ 竹の子
⑥ スミイカ。半熟で、非常に素晴らしい。
⑦ 赤目ゴチ。肉はしっかりしていますが、鮮度は普通。
⑧ ユリ根。北海道産で、とても大きい！粉っぽさが山芋のようで、サクサク感がニンニクのようで、甘さがサツマイモのようです！とてもとても気に入りました！！
⑨ レンコン。とても甘い！あのシャキシャキ感とさっぱりした甘さで、とても心地良いです。
⑩ ホタテ。大きくて甘くて新鮮。
⑪ 椎茸のエビ詰め。今回は醤油をつけて、鮮度が際立ちました。
⑫ 穴子。⑬ エビ味噌入りエビ
追加：
⑭ 白ナス。出汁を吸い込んだ豆腐のようで、非常に優れています。⑮ キス。
さらにユリ根を一枚追加しました。今日のユリ根は本当に素晴らしいです！
天丼は最も小さいサイズを選び（ご飯の量は寿司のサイズよりも一回り小さい）、もし予約が取れたら間違いなくコストパフォーマンスが良いと思います。
