麻布十番の坂を上がった焼き鳥屋さん。
新しいお店らしく、店内は綺麗で清潔感抜群。
カウンターから厨房が見えますが、美しいお仕事ぶりです。
本命の焼き鳥は、何を食べても本当に美味しい。
特にパクチー入りのつくね。パクチーがいいアクセントになっていて、あまりパクチーが得意じゃない私でもぺろり。おかわり案件でした。
他にも希少部位をたくさん出してくれて、久しぶりに焼き鳥に感動。
焼き手と素材でこんなに変わるなんて。
最後の締め、デザートまで絶品でした。
