Speaking of Japan's three major local chickens, they are Hinai local chicken, Satsuma local chicken, and Nagoya Cochin chicken. When it comes to chickens, everyone tends to sing in chorus that they are healthy, but chickens are not healthy in general, whether they are eating food full of antibiotics, living in cramped chicken coops, or feeling stressed out. I can't say I feel safe. The Matsukaze chicken that Hinata serves is one of Nagoya Cochin's chickens, which is raised freely on a large farm without being given antibiotic feed. The general is a craftsman, and his wife oversees the overall process. It's not a bad idea to marry your husband and wife with their favorite wine. I was a little concerned about the customer service, but I think I'll go back and check it out. It was a feast.  I will visit again
