某芸能人の方からのオススメで伺いました♡
以前はインターホンを鳴らす珍しいタイプのオシャレなうなぎ屋さんが移転してこちらになったとのこと(*´꒳`*) 今回は個室でしたが、確かに動線的に人に会わない感じでしたのでお忍びの方や著名人はありがたいですね。そ著名人やスポーツ選手や元気な会社の社長ってパワフルでうなぎ大好きですよね(*′艸`*)
個室もオシャレで女子会にも良さそうです♪♪
今回はお店の名前がついた｢はなぶさコース｣
まずは、うなぎボーンとレモンサワーで乾杯︎♡
普段塩だけの味のものを食べることがありますが
コチラはタレの味がほのかにして食欲をそそります♪
次に来たのは｢うなぎあんかけ茶わん蒸し｣
美味しい茶碗蒸しの中に
とろけるような柔らかいウナギさんが居ました♡
寒い日だったので温まって嬉しい(๑´ㅂ`๑)
そして大好きな｢白焼き｣レモンとお塩で頂きましたがむちゃくちゃ爽やかで臭みがなくて最高！！
なんと、通常長くて3日くらいのところ泥抜きを1週間もしてるとか！！
そして、噂にも聞いていた｢フルーツトマトサラダ｣
玉ねぎのドレッシングと甘いトマトの底にチーズが敷いてあるのですがこの3つのバランスがとても良くいくらでも食べれそう♡
そして私は今年初になるメインイベント｢ひつまぶし｣
蒸しのウナギと違って、焼きの為皮がパリパリ！！！
私ぷりぷり系の食べ物が苦手で、たまに皮がぷりぷりしていて、さらにひつまぶしになると味も薄まり美味しく頂けないことがあるのですが、
こちらのはそのまま食べても美味しいし、薬味やお出汁を入れてももちろん美味しかったです！
追加ダレを置いておいてくれるのも、ウナギ濃い味党の私には嬉しかったです(*^^*)
コースの量もちょうどよく、ひつまぶしって食べきれない事が多いのですが美味しくてペロリと完食♡
コスパも良い気がしました！
鰻には色々好みもあると思いますが、
白焼きにレモンの食べ方も、パリパリの皮も濃いめに調整できるタレもタイプなので今まで食べたウナギの中で1番美味しかったです♡
