マッサラな心で堪能する期待上回る上品中華
2320年年初にGoogle Map上で見つけて気になっていたこちら、真皿。
なんとなく美味しいだろうなという予感はあったけど、その期待感を大きく上回る良きお店でうれしいひととき。
1階に到着したらインターホンで鳴らす仕組みも隠れ家感あってお気に入り。
前菜盛り合わせを食べ始めたら甕仕込み紹興酒が飲みたくなって頼んで正解。涎鶏、牛肉の紹興酒漬けが止まらない。
その次のエビの黒胡椒ソース炒めがプリプリでバランス良くて悶絶。次いで出てきた真菰茸と茄子と豚肉の炒め物がまた超美味すぎた。
L.O.を聞かれたので、ホタテと鳥煮込みスープそばでノックアウト。そばは2人で分けたのに腹パンになって、味変で黒胡椒かけるもお腹いっぱいでご満悦。
いやはや即リピート確実な佳きお店に巡り逢えたことをあらためてとてもうれしいと思う。店員さんの柔軟なメニュー対応やさりげない接客にとても癒されるひとときでした。

リピート2回目の真皿。
前菜から箸が止まりません。これは毎回必食。
この日は季節柄、見事なアスパラが入っていてオーダー。
ナスと豚肉の炒め物なんて美味しいに決まってます。
そしてイカ。ここのイカは、調理の仕方が絶妙で
硬くないのに歯応えがあるというイカに求める究極の食感。
最後は、今回は鳥そばではなく坦々麺で〆る。
麺の多さを加減してもらえるのもこの店の良いところ。
まだまだ店名同様、まっさらな気持ちで行きたいお店です
