麻布十番から3分程のところに佇む高級感のある焼肉割烹のお店に先日お伺いしました✨
五感で楽しむ新感覚の隠れ家的な料亭で、料理人の臨場感溢れる調理の雰囲気も楽しめるカウンターでおまかせコースを堪能しました☺️
最初に本日使うお肉をドーンと見せていただきました✨岩手の稀少な黒毛和牛のヒレ肉、ミスジ、サーロインでした！
そして料理の方ですが、まずは牛レバーのパテと角切りにしたローストビーフ、奈良漬けの入った最中という珍しいメニューから始まり、続いて牛テールスープとヒレ肉の子丼✨
ヒレ肉はカイノミで濃厚なお味と一口サイズのご飯がよく合います☺️
続いてはハツ刺しととも三角の巻き物✨ハツ刺しが新鮮で食感も良く少し甘味も感じめちゃうまとも三角の方も巻かれた薬味の味とマッチしてこちらも美味しかったです！
そして、ミスジとサニーレタスのサラダ✨ミスジはゆずを発酵させたコチュジャンと共にいただき、サニーレタスのサラダは上に盛られているのがなんとスルメ！ミスジももちろん美味しいのですが、サラダもめちゃうまでした
続いて手打ちの肉うどんは、うるめ節、鰹節、鯖節と昆布の出汁のスープにテールスープで出汁をとった肉と一緒に食べます☺️
土鍋ご飯はエノキの風味が最高でした✨
そして大分県産のしいたけと、その上にはりんごと醤油のタレとたまごですき焼き風にしたサーロイン上品かつ贅沢な逸品でした
締めのデザートは珍しい山椒のプリンはもちもちして大人の味で蜂蜜と一緒に食べるとめちゃうま☺️自家製キャラメルアイスも癒されました~✨デザートと一緒に飲むコーヒー紅茶も6種類香りを嗅がせてもらいその中から選ぶことができます！ライチの香りが気に入りライチローズを選びました~☺️
高級感溢れる隠れ家的なお店で目の前での調理を楽しみながら焼肉割烹を堪能できる素敵なお店✨また是非お伺いしたいと思います！
