"Azabu Juban Yakiniku (Grilled meat) BULLS" is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant with locations in Azabu Juban, Tsukishima, Shinjuku, etc. This villa is a meat-style restaurant that opened in May 2023 and has only two completely private rooms. On this day, two of us made a reservation for 7:30pm on a weekday. Completely private rooms have their own toilets, so you can spend your time without having to meet other customers. There are two types of completely private rooms: a Western-style room and a Japanese-style room with a sunken kotatsu. The only menu available is the selection Course (27,500 yen including tax). Today's selection course lineup is as follows: ◾️ Steamed salmon roe and sea urchin rice - Mochi rice - ◾️ Caviar and sea urchin yukhoe style hand rolls ◾️ Kamiya Shoten's divine tongue - Kabosu ponzu and truffles pickled in sweet soy sauce - ◾️ New bamboo shoots and Hokkaido produce Fried Milt - Eggplant/Shogoin Turnip - ◾️ Matsuzaka Beef Fillet Peking Duck Style BULLS ◾️ Smoked Matsuzaka Beef Chartebriand - Sakura Chips - ◾️ Kamiya Shoten's Divine Skirt Skirt - Sanchu/Raw Garlic - ◾️ 100% Ozaki Beef Hamburg Tsuyahime - Demi-glace sauce - ◾️ Bowl of Shimada seaweed ◾️ Branded strawberry Kotoka and Chocolate ice cream - Truffle - A luxurious dish using rare ingredients such as Kamiya Shoten's divine tongue, skirt steak, and Ozaki beef It was a content that you could enjoy. The first course item, ``Steamed salmon roe and sea urchin,'' was a dish where you could enjoy the rich aroma of sea urchin and the chewy texture of salmon roe. "Kamiya Shoten's God's Tongue" had a distinctive "juicy" flavor and was delicious. ``Matsuzaka Beef Fillet Peking Duck Style'' is a dish that you must try when you visit, consisting of tender, high-quality fillet meat wrapped in fried bread and gochijang-based miso. ``100% Ozaki beef Hamburg'' is a dish where you can enjoy the richness of the lean meat and the flavor that overflows with every bite. It was delicious and went perfectly with the special demi-glace sauce. With full attention, I was able to have a special time where I could concentrate on conversation and eating without feeling stressed.
