赤身とロースに振り切ったロース軒
2023年8月17日にオープンしたばかりのお店。（以前は茶々と言う韓国料理屋さんだった）ロース軒と言うだけあって、ロース、赤身が推しのお店。
前菜の生キムチ（←今まで食べた生キムチの中で1番美味しいかも）、炙り上レバー（←超美味しかった）、ハツ刺し、薄切り特上牛タン塩（←おすすめ）、塩ロース（←おかわり必至）、カメノコタレロース、サーロイン（←お腹に余裕があればぜひ）、ローストビーフ、ハラミが美味しかった。お米にも拘ってるらしく、ぜひタレをたっぷり付けて食べて欲しい。
お肉は美味しいけど、回転したばかりなのでまだまだ料理の提供時間、スタッフがぎこちない。洗練されてきたら良いお店だと思う。サザエさんのカツオ君みたいなスタッフの坊主の子が印象的だったw
カウンターもあるので1人で行っても良いかも。また再訪します。

I got the impression that it was smoother and the quality was better than the last time I visited right after it opened. Top tongue salt, tomosankaku, rib core and rice. A luxurious weekend meal for one. The appeal of this restaurant is that you can easily go there on your own rather than taking a course.
