■中洲の焼き鳥松元の暖簾分けで間違いないクオリティ
■コースの所要時間: 2時間
複数の銘柄鶏を使い分け串にも工夫を加えた焼鳥を堪能出来る 焼鳥まつもと 。
麻布十番駅から徒歩4分のロケーション。
外観は表に店名の書いた行灯が出ていて扉だけを見てると店名がないので少し分かりづらい。
内観は洗練された黒を基調としたモダンな内装で隠れ家感もある。L字カウンター12席の空間が広がる。
こちらは福岡中洲の焼鳥百名店にも選出されている焼き鳥松元の暖簾分け。
複数の拘りの銘柄鶏の部位を使い分け仕込みにも色々工夫されていてどの串も食感や味わいの満足度が高い。
まずは、食感も良く新鮮な砂肝と柔らかく旨みがしっかりした鶏胸肉のたたきからスタート。
長崎ばってん鶏のかたはふわふわ食感で旨み良い。
せせりもジューシーで風味が良く仕込みもかなり工夫されている。
そして、1番のお気に入りはつくね！
軟骨とくわいの食感も良く肉肉しさも残す粗めな仕立てで最高だった。個人的には中に入っているもののくわいを当てられたのが嬉しかった笑。
手巻きや野菜の串、〆のそぼろご飯は炭の香りも良く季節の空豆との相性も良かった。
デザートのプリンはティファニーの高級感ある器にトロトロで飲めるような仕上がり。
全体的にレベルが高く美味しかった。
