ランチを食べたのが遅く、今頃になってお腹が空く。
十番、六本木界隈も朝まで営業のちゃんとご飯を食べられる店はかぎられる。
ワンパターン可してきたので、新規開拓してみる。
十番商店街、とりビアーの2階、土曜日23:30到着。

→新鮮との文字から刺身をイメージしてしまったが、完全加熱。湯引きか？低温調理でもなく、味が抜けている感じ。んー。

→カシラやタンなど豚4種。ぶつ切りが大きく、焼くのに結構時間が掛かる。硬い。んーーー。

大行列店の三田まさるに定期的に並んでいる。
んーー、比べ物にならない位の差有り。
肉質はそれ程悪い訳ではないが、例えばカットの仕方一つでも、柔らかさや味に大きく影響を与えている気が。
バイトが調理しているクオリティ。
十番も深夜帯は店が少なく不自由するので、美味しいものを出せれば勝機はあると思うのだが。
