【とり 難波】さんに訪店しました。
2023年12月にオープンしたばかりの話題の焼鳥店になります。
料理長を務めるのは予約の取れない焼鳥店として人気の「中目黒 いぐち」を手掛けた井口勝広氏。
30年間の焼鳥人生の集大成とも云うべきこだわりの焼鳥を堪能できます。
お店は麻布十番駅から商店街を抜け仙台坂下方面に少し歩いた綱代通り沿いに位置。
店内は大変スタイリッシュな空間が広がっており、ひび割れ仕上げの壁面がなんともオシャレ。
席はカウンター10席をメインに4名まで対応する個室が一部屋の計14席！
カウンターの角部分は区切って半個室にも変更出来るそうです！
友人や家族での食事はもちろんのこと会食やデートと幅広い用途で利用できそうですね。

串は銘柄鶏である「水郷赤鶏」をメインに各部位に適した鶏を使用。
備長炭を用いじっくり火入れされた串は総じてふっくらジューシーな仕上がりに。
特に序盤で登場した皮付きの胸肉「抱き身」や食感の良い手羽と胸の間にある希少部位「ふりそで」など好みでした！
また一品料理もこだわりと遊び心を感じさせるものが多く、鶏の卵巣である「キンカン」と一口ご飯を口の中でマリアージュさせる一口TKGは面白い発想だと思いました！
焼鳥激戦区麻布十番に新たな風を吹き起こすであろう期待の新店【とり 難波】さん。
