以前、系列？のお店には行ったことがありましたが、ここは初めての訪問でした。コースで1万円以下と比較的行きやすい価格帯。でも空間は一流店。清潔でサービスも良く、とても好印象でした。焼き物はどれも美味しかったです。特にぎゅっと身の詰まった抱き身やふりそでは逸品。素材や火入れに自信のあるお店は、焼き物は塩が多いですね。こちらのお店はつくね以外は全て塩だったと思います。個人的に好きだったのは皮寿司。(写真2枚め)ぷりぷりの鶏皮をお寿司でいただくという…ワサビとの相性がたまりませんでした。これだけ6巻とか出していただけませんかね？笑(流石にクドイか)
お野菜もこだわりがあるようで、とても味わい深かったです。また訪問したいです♪
