ラ・ヴェイエ。ビストロ。恵比寿。
恵比寿と広尾の中間地点にある。とても不便なので、振りで入ってくる人はなかなかいなさそうな感じ。カウンター9席とテーブルひとつのとても小さなお店。シェフが一人ですべてこなしている。一人で食事をするには、とても居心地がよい。
基本はビストロだが、パスタも3種類ほど合った。結構人気のようで、頼んでいる人たちがいた。黒板メニューと定番メニューがある。大体一皿1500円から2500円程度。ボリュームは普通で、味付けは割りとしっかりしている。前菜の蛍烏賊のソテーをクスクス、パセリのソースは陸と海の春の香りがとても心地よい一品。メインの豚のロースとは、ソースが濃すぎで脂の甘さを打ち消してしまう感じでもうひとつ。デザートのブランマンジェは杏仁豆腐のような清涼感のある、濃いものをいただいたあとにはうってつけのものだった。
とても感じがよいシェフで、居心地がよい。カウンター越しにシェフの動きを見ているだけで飽きない。
