最近は笠原さん自らが立っている時に遭遇する。
あれほどメディアに出てる人が表立って接客していることは感心する。
素材の味を生かした料理はどれも美味しい。
刺身についてくるシャリがひとつだけ握りを作ることが出来てちょっと嬉しい。
揚げ物の揚げ衣がおかきみたいでとてもいい。
夏のそうめんが高級料理店で食べるとこれまた美味しい。
食べ切れなくて持ち帰る握り飯と選び切れないデザートが鉄板の何度でも行きたい和食店なのである。
