本日のランチは、広尾「賛否両論」です。
今日は、大阪で研修だった。
ランチで提供されたお弁当は、和食の名匠”笠原将弘”が経営するレストラン「賛否両論」の宅配弁当だ。
日本食糧新聞社が主催する「ファベックス 惣菜・べんとうグランプリ2023」にて金賞を受賞した一品である。
金賞と言っても９つの美味しそうなお弁当が入選していたが、こちらの”牛のとろろすき焼き弁当（1,480円）”が圧倒的に美味そうだった。
そんなお弁当が目の前に現れると期待が膨らむのである。
ワクワクしながら上蓋を開けるとなんとも豪華なおかずが現れた。
この豪華さで1,480円とは、素晴らしい企業努力だ。
四角いお弁当箱に詰め込まれたおかず内容は、牛のとろろすき焼き/賛否両論のたまご焼き/いぶりがっことマスカルポーネのポテトサラダ/鶏の松風焼き/牛蒡おかき揚げ/鶏つくね・海老・いんげんの旨煮/魚介の佃煮/青菜の胡麻和え/さつまいもレモン煮/杏トマト/俵ご飯6つ(梅胡麻おかか、じゃこ山椒、鶏椎茸みそ)だ。
なにを食べてもしっかりと調理されており、素材の味を損ねることなく、本当に美味しい。
当然、お弁当なので冷たくても美味しく食べられるように研究されており、素晴らしいな。
特に、俵ご飯は、３つの味を楽しめる上に、しっとりねっとりとした口当たりが食欲中枢を刺激する。
メインの牛とろすき焼きは、牛肉の旨味が爆発していて最高だった。
数あるおかずの中で他と一線を画すほどの仕込み感を感じたのは、杏トマトだ。
単なる酸味を感じるミニトマトと思いきや杏露酒で煮詰められた一品だ。
これは、果物と見紛うほどの甘さで全てのおかずの最後にデザート代わりに頂く事をお勧めする。
ちなみに、関東地方での宅配地域は、東京・神奈川・千葉・埼玉の１都３県のみだ。
もう少し販売地域が拡大すると使い勝手が良いのだが。
