結婚記念日のため訪問しました。
まず、予約がとてつもなく大変でした。
予約開始からひたすら電話電話電話。まーったく繋がらなく1時間半ほど粘りました！やーっと繋がったと思ったら予約したい日にちはすべて埋まってしまい、でもどうしても行きたかったので会いてる日で予約しました。
当日はお店の前でスタッフの方が待機していたのですぐに場所がわかりました。
カウンター席に案内され、目の前には笠原さんもおり実際に料理しているところも見えるためとても楽しい時間を過ごせました。
食事は少し濃いめの味付けかなー？とわたしは思いました。コース料理はだんだんとお腹いっぱいになるイメージでしたが、和食だったからなのか最後まで味わって美味しく食べる事ができました。
結婚記念日という事をお伝えてしいたので、お赤飯のサービスやデザートには飴細工で素敵に装飾してくださったりと、心遣いをしていただきました。
炊き込みご飯は食べきれない分はおにぎりにしていただき、持ち帰る事ができるため次の日もお店の味が楽しめました。
最後に笠原さんと写真をとっていただき、とても素敵な時間を過ごせるお店でした。
お店の皆さんの対応もとても良く、また何かの折にお世話になりたいと思いました。
