本日訪問したのはアッピア 本店。
アッピア 本店は東京都港区西麻布にあるイタリア料理店です。
アッピア 本店は、広尾で創業20年を超える老舗レストランとなっており、ワゴンで運ばれてくる食材を好みの調理法でオーダーするスタイルで人気を博しています。
店舗は天現寺橋交差点付近に位置し、創業から年数も経過しているお店ではありますが、内装も綺麗。席間もプライベート空間がしっかり確保されているのが良いですね。
メニューがないとのことでしたが、前菜やパスタ類は最初にメニューをお渡しいただき、そこからチョイスするスタイルのよう。
今回は以下をオーダーしました。
静岡アメーラトマト ブッラータ チーズ
海鮮マリネ
青森サーモン
縞鯵カルパッチョ
菜の花 あおりいか フォースラディッシュ

山菜パスタ

以上でオーダーは終了。様々なお料理を少量ずつ頂くことができました。どれも安定的な美味しさですね。ごちそうさまでした。
