こじんまりとした、白金の町の飲み屋です。北里病院前の通り、というのが一番分かり易いです。最近この道沿いに、チラホラ小さいお店が誕生しています。それはまた別の報告で。
焼きトンが美味しいです。特にシロ(大腸)。焼き鳥の皮にも似た食感で、柔らかさと焦げ目のバランスが絶妙です。しかも一串100円の安さ。
ビールとシロだけで済ませても良い位です。テイクアウトもできるとかで、次はトライしてみます。
お店の方は三人。皆さん、表情が真剣です。無駄口ひとつたたきません。かなり気持ちを込めている、というのが伝わってきました。
