家族で利用しました。
贅沢気分を味わいたいと思って吉兆本店、金田中、新喜楽に連絡しましたが夜の子連れはダメとのことでお断りされました。
そんな感じでなんとなく決めた有栖川清水。
この日は大人\43000のコース、子供\3500のコース、大きな料亭は子供のコースもあるから重宝します。
大人のコースには鱧と鮎、この時期はどこでも同じかな？
鮎は泳いでいるのを鉢にいれて見せてくれます。子供は喜びますね。
鬼オコゼ、伊勢エビなどお造りも贅沢、味も良い。
いくつかコースがあったら迷うことなく一番高いコースを選びます。
どんなに素晴らしいお店でも材料のコスト切り詰めたら本気の全力は出せないはず。
一番高いコースで存分に力を出し切ったお料理を味わう、それしか考えられません。
