かの有名な松川さんの出身だとかなんとか。
松川行きたーい、でも行かれなーい泣
じゃあ…という流れで訪問。
夜の内容を昼にいただいた記憶。
料理は全体的に、食べ歩き付かれた人がたどり着くような、落ち着いてて清涼感のある料理が多かったです。
澄んだ味わいが印象深いのと同時に、接客の方の佇まいがかなり目についた記憶。
私みたいな松川さんの名に惹かれての客が多いのかしら。という感じもちょっと受けたり。
店内の装いは凛としていて素敵なのです。
お造りの貝とか、八寸の茶色いのがナマコだったかなんだったかが味わい深かった記憶。甘味もよかった。
