This authentic kaiseki restaurant feels like a hideaway. For first-time visitors, it's a difficult place to find, and the sign is modest, giving it an even more hideaway feel. The interior is all white, with a solid wood counter and... an air of luxury. Above all, the tableware is superb. Each dish is presented on beautiful tableware, and no corners have been cut in any aspect. The tableware and ingredients have a sense of the season, firmly inheriting the greatness of Japanese Cuisine. It's not that any dish is particularly delicious, but rather the menu is structured with a strong and weak flavor, which is wonderful. It's been a while since I've had such delicious kaiseki. Thank you for the meal.
