広尾の有名イタリアン「リストランテ ペガソ」に行ってきました！
ディナーコース "Degustazion" ¥12,100
での予約でした。
選び抜かれた食材とシェフのエスプリを楽しめる、7品から成るおまかせコースです。
2Fの個室を利用することもできます！
雰囲気や接客はスマートで、個室だったこともあり、落ち着いて食事を堪能できました。
お料理は、ひとことで言うと、すごく優しいお味でした。
もはや二日酔いでもペロッと食べられそうなくらい。
調理によってしっかり味がついているのに、素材のうまみも感じられて、重く感じたり飽きたりすることなく食べ進められます。
メインのお肉も柔らかく、でも歯応えもしっかりあって、あっという間に食べてしまいました。
特別に導入した陶器のダッチオーブン、グリラーで、炭火焼きの絶妙な火入れを可能にしているそうです。
シェフは毎朝豊洲市場に通っているそうです。
そんなこだわりによって厳選された素材が活きた、おいしいイタリアンでした。
コースを食べ終わった後に、「今の時間をもう1回繰り返したい！」と思うおいしさでした！
