誕生日のディナーで訪問。西麻布周辺の高級店激戦区にあり、前から少し気になっていたお店。
最初に始まったカニとキャビアの前菜から、期待感を感じさせる。この前菜から、期待感が膨らむ。最初に注いでもらった泡との相性も抜群。
続いてはぶりのカルパッチョ、金柑のソース。冬らしいブリの味わいに、大根とさっぱりとした金柑の酸味がちょうどよい。
初めてのイタリアンでの白子もよい。白子の食感と香りを残しながら、トリュフのソースがコクを加えている。あっという間に食べ終わってしまう。
魚料理は黒むつで、どうしたらこんなにしっとり、かつふっくらに仕上がるのか。イモのソースと合わせて、香りが口いっぱいに広がる。
パスタは2種類で、1つめがサクラエビのフェットチーネ。サクラエビってこんなにおいしかったっけ？という香りと味わいに、モチモチの麺が相性抜群。
その次は鳩肉のボロネーゼを細めのスパゲッティで。ここからは赤ワインと合わせて、先ほどの麺とも触感が一変し、全く飽きずにあっという間に時間とコースが過ぎて行ってしまう。
最後のサーロインステーキも、油は全くしつこくなく、しっとりと焼き上げられており、コースの最後で印象が薄く差別化が難しくなりがちな肉料理の中で、しっかりとしたうまみと満足感を与えてくれる。
コース自体も素晴らしいだけでなく、重厚感のある店内に対してソムリエの方のお声がけが、ゲストを楽しませることに主眼を置いていて、絶妙な距離感で楽しませてくれる。
お店の雰囲気も良く満足度も非常に高く、また来たいお店になった。
