広尾と国道246の間に位置して住宅街やいろいろなお店が並ぶ小路に面したイタリアンの名店です。
こちらの人気のディナータイムだと10000円のコースをランチでお得に頂けるコースを予約して行ってきました。
今回頂いたランチコースはこちらです。
「Degustazioneコース (8,800円)」
「ほっき貝と苺のタルタル」
斬新な食感とさわやかなお味で最初からインパクトある美味しいおつきだしでした。
「ブリのカルパッチョ」
キンカンのソースと柚子胡椒がアクセントとなって、柑橘系の爽快感と塩味のバランスがピッタリの美味しいカルパッチョです。
「甘鯛の炭火焼」
下がカブのスープになっていて、皮の炭火で焼かれた香ばしさとホクホクの身と、こちらは素晴らしく美味しい一品でした。
「牡蠣と下仁田ネギをソースにしたパスタ」
ネギの香りとアクセントのナッツが良いインパクトを与えてくれる初めて味わうパスタで美味しかったです。
「蝦夷鹿肉のタリアテッレ」
濃厚なお味のサイコロのようにカットされた鹿肉と、ふりかけたチーズのマイルドさが抜群に良い相性でとても美味しかったです。
「北海道池田牛ランプ肉のロースト」
お肉が抜群に柔らかく旨味が凝縮されていて、ボリュームも併せてメインの重厚感と満足感を感じさせてくれる素晴らしく美味しい一品でした。
「いちごのアイスとあまおうのソルベ」
あまおうのソルベが丁度良い甘さとさっぱり感で美味しく、下のアイスとラズベリーとラズベリーソースが良く合い美味しかったです。
