●雲丹と蟹
酸味のきいたジュレで頂きました。蟹いっぱいで嬉しい!
●クジラ
ごま油塩で頂きました…が、鯨なのかな?牛肉の聞き間違え??美味しいからどっちでもいいです(笑)
●とらふぐ白子と鯛
鯛のお刺身に、白子がトロリ。絶品です!!
●お造り
クエ、本マグロ、ボタンエビ醤油漬けの三点盛り!いや、本マグロに雲丹乗ってますが、説明では省かれる雲丹…(笑)雲丹と同等もしくは、それ以上のお味の物でしたから、それも納得です。
●鰻白焼きコンフィ
皮目がバリバリで、シンプルに美味しい。
●四点盛り
鰈の梅フライ、蛤、蛸、春菊のおひたしの四点。
揚げ物好きなので、カレイのフライは嬉しい。ハマグリもタコも春菊も1番美味しい食べ方!
●セセリの釜飯
梅肉が利いていて『鳥』じゃなく『セセリ』と感じます。釜飯に、セセリって抜群に合います。
